How do I get the keys?

Most properties use a secure key safe or smart lock. You’ll receive arrival instructions, including the access code, the day before check-in.

Who do I call in an emergency?

For after-hours emergencies, call our 24/7 guest support line listed in your booking confirmation. For life-threatening emergencies, always dial 000.

What are your office hours?

Our office is open Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm. Saturday hours vary by destination – please check your local office page for details.
